The blades in the dark follow the story of four friends with different ambitions. Three are driven by young entrepreneurs who smuggle cash to Tirana in Albania, with plans to transform the forgotten war bunker on the outskirts of the city into a new trendy new restaurant. The fourth, however, is a desperate man who is willing to do everything that is needed to settle a dangerous debt with the merciless local mafia boss. When the group is hunted one by one, the history of the cooling saw begins to disintegrate and reveals a twisted story of violence, revenge and madness. Without escape and nowhere to hide, friends must face their deepest concerns and combine the truth before they become other victims.
